MOHAMED DOUCOURE
Chef Banta, known for his internationally refined cuisine, is the Executive Chef at Imani Caribbean Kitchen and Bar. Originating from Mali, West Africa, Chef Banta pursued his passion for cooking on a global scale at a young age, working across Europe, the United States and the Caribbean. During his travels, Chef Banta acquired a expansive palette and enthusiasm for caribbean fare, and began to infuse various flavors from his global experience to create unique dishes that have become fan favorites here at Imani. Chef Banta views food as a form of creative expression, crafting each dish to authentically represent caribbean culture and immerse customers in a true island experience.
